Derya Arslan – Accounting Manager and Financial Advisor

The accounting department records the institution’s financial activities, prepares reports for management and relevant authorities, oversees processes such as taxes, social security, loans, and payments, and manages financial processes related to students.

Human Resources Unit

Gizem Süalp – Human Resources Manager

The HR department ensures a qualified workforce, manages onboarding, and strengthens employee engagement. Other responsibilities include staff development, benefits management, training, performance management, health and safety, company culture, motivation, goal planning, and fair compensation with transparency.

Information Systems Unit

Our department manages IT projects, technological equipment, and software solutions, handles technical crises, keeps systems up to date, and supports the institution in quality standards, strategic planning, and reporting.

Workplace Safety Unit

Selami Turhan – Occupational Safety Expert

Responsibilities include: advising and proposing workplace monitoring measures, conducting occupational health check-ups, planning safety training, preparing emergency plans, documenting work plans, accidents, and occupational diseases, and securely maintaining employees’ health records.

School Health Unit​

Meltem Bozkurt – Health Services Coordinator

School Health Services promote the health of students and staff, ensuring a healthy environment and providing educational resources that foster healthy habits. Our school has three well-equipped infirmaries under the School Health Unit.

Corporate Communications Unit​

Yeliz Yalın – Corporate Communications Coordinator

Within ALKEV Private Schools, responsibilities include organizing communication activities both internally and externally, carrying out corporate identity and corporate event activities, and managing and monitoring press, promotion, and advertising activities.

Purchasing Unit​

Serhat İleri – Procurement Manager
We procure approved purchase requests from academic and administrative units, improve subcontractor service quality, obtain quotations, identify suppliers, and conduct statistical analyses.

Maintenance Unit

Hakan Keskin – Maintenance Supervisor

We coordinate gardeners, drivers, security, cleaning, and technical staff to ensure that the academic and administrative areas of the campus remain clean, organized, and operational.
